Refund & Exchange Policy

At MIA, we want you to love your order. Please review our policy before purchasing.

Returns

- We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been accepted, unless the item has a manufacturing defect and cannot be replaced.

- You may try on your order while the courier waits at the door. If you decide not to keep it, you can return it immediately and only pay the shipping fee.

- Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

- We only offer size exchanges for the same item and same color, subject to availability.

- We do not exchange items for different colors or different products.

Manufacturing Issues

- If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.

- If confirmed, we will replace the item if available. If not, a refund will be issued.

Shipping Fees

- Shipping fees are non-refundable and must be paid whether the order is accepted or returned at the door.

Alexandria: 120 EGP
